The character of Camden
in one bite
Head Chef Lee Andrews, formerly of Chiltern Firehouse, has created a modern brasserie menu that mixes carefully sourced British ingredients with a hint of Latin flavours. Signature eats will include tacos, small plates (think beetroot-cured salmon; chorizo scotch egg; and Cornish crab, avocado, tomato and grapefruit), as well as rare-breed steaks from the charcoal oven.
An industrial-style feature spiral staircase leads guests to the first-floor Restaurant where high-level dining booths and eclectic furniture are fused with naturally elegant period features and gallery art. Synonymous with the area, John Bulley, the renowned artist behind the famous Camden Lock bridge, has been commissioned to create a set of bespoke feature murals to adorn the restaurant walls.
